Simply browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we're unable to amend any of the items. If your haul has been dispatched please see our returns section below.
If you have made a mistake with the delivery address and our team will endeavour to see what can be done. If the parcel has already been dispatched we can try and request a stop and return with the carrier but this is not guaranteed.
All items ordered with Cult Beauty depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we’ll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.
Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we’ll get in touch to let you know.

Please get in touch within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist you effectively. The best way to report the issue is through our Help Bot, located in the bottom right-hand corner of our website. It will guide you through providing all the necessary information.
Be sure to include detailed descriptions along with clear images or videos of the issue—these are essential for us to investigate and resolve the problem quickly.

At LNPF, we aim to process and pack your order as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. This means there is only a very short window after placing an order during which cancellation may be possible—but it’s not guaranteed.
If your order has already been picked, packed, or dispatched (you'll receive an email confirmation when this happens), we won’t be able to cancel it.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please use our contact form and select "Cancel my order" as the reason. Our team will do their best to assist you promptly.
If your order from LNPF arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We’ll need detailed information about the issue along with clear images or videos of the damaged item. It’s essential to report the problem as soon as you receive the package—delayed reports may not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that LNPF does not offer replacements. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund, and you’ll need to place a new order for the item.
Any order placed for delivery outside of the UK could result in import duties and taxes (including VAT).
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country.
If you’re seeing the status ‘Payment Problem’ on one or more of your orders then this means that we need you to check the payment information that has been submitted.
Click onto the order and you should see an option to resolve the problem. Before re-entering any card details you’ll need to make sure that the expiry date and billing address are correct. We also recommend checking funds in the account.
If you’ve done all that and still can’t fix the problem then please contact our Customer Service team who’d be happy to help via the 'Still need help?' section (below).

We’re sorry to hear your code isn’t working, you’ll need to check that you’re not trying to use more than one code per order and that your item isn’t excluded.
