Due to our quick turnaround, there’s only a short window to request cancellation before an order is packed or dispatched.
If your order hasn't been packed or shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel it.
If you’ve already received a dispatch email, the order can no longer be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page as the reason.
We’re happy to offer a refund for unwanted items returned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that:
Items are unopened, unused, and in saleable condition
Original packaging and hygiene seals are intact
Any free gift received with the order is also returned
We do not offer replacements. All approved returns will be refunded, and you may place a new order if desired.
If you’re returning from outside the UK:
You will need to cover return shipping costs

The email address used for purchase
A clear photo of the invoice and any incorrect or damaged items
If you received the wrong item, a product is missing, or an item arrives damaged/faulty:

We’ll investigate and offer a solution. If approved, your item(s) will be refunded—replacements are not offered.
Once your return is received and approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Most refunds appear within 5–10 working days
PayPal refunds are usually immediate
If your card has expired, please contact us to arrange an alternative method
For Klarna users, an updated invoice will be sent once the return is processed. Klarna refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days.
